 | It's ALL About Me!! | We welcome you to Crackers, a bite sized treat! Crackers Mission Statement - My goal is simply to de-stress you with laughter so you can get on with your busy day doing the impossible with a lighter heart and a smile. Linda's Bio - Linda Laforge has talent spilling out all over the place. She has been in the graphic design industry for over 10 years, offering superb service and effective marketing material to a wide range of clients. She would be happy to assist you in developing advertising products that will work for your unique company. Email her at designer@crackermania.com for a quote! Linda published Crackers in print and online for over 2 1/2 years before changing her focus to design and writing. With her highly developed organizational and creative skills she produced one of the only publications where people were afraid to miss a page. Crackers was unique in its content, design and in its ability to de-stress its strong readership. Special dedication - Leonard Laforge passed away due to a lung disease March 31st, 2000 after suffering a month long ordeal of hospitalization on life supports. He was expected to be around for at least another 10 years suffering from Parkinson's Disease. David, Linda's older brother tragically died at the age of 29 with complications due to AIDS in 1993. He struggled with learning disabilities and hyper activity in life. Christopher, the oldest, died young as well, after living with Cerebral Palsy. Only able to communicate his emotions, he live jailed in a body that would not allow him to read, write, run, or speak. These three men taught Linda that life is precious and full of adversity and challenges. Because she can get out of bed in the morning everyday (and complain about how terrible mornings are) there isn't anything that can't be done with spirit and effort. Crackers was developed by your publisher, Linda Laforge, as a way of coping with a difficult time. Friends sent email filled with countless jokes and silly images.
